At Seva Sanskar, we are committed to delivering high-quality pooja essentials and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Used pooja items or opened spiritual products (e.g., incense, oils, Rudraksha, etc.)

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items sold under final sale or clearance offers.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return:

Our team will guide you through the return process and may request photos for verification.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

  • Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid further damage during return transit.


4. Refunds Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original method of payment.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will either offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability and your preference.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they will fall under the returns policy.
