1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India, including major metro cities and towns. If your pin code is serviceable, it will be confirmed during checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1β3 business days from the date of order placement.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3β5 business days
Other Regions: 5β8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or remote locations.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above βΉ999.
A nominal shipping charge may apply to orders below this value or for COD orders. Charges will be visible during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS, along with a link to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays may occur due to:

7. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make 3 attempts to deliver the order.
If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
8. Damaged or Missing Products
If your package is damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
If an item is missing, defective, or incorrect, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes and order values.
Please ensure accurate delivery address and availability at the location.
