At Seva Sanskar, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund (for prepaid orders).
2. Order Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer want the product after shipment, you may refuse the delivery. However, this may impact your future COD orders.
For prepaid orders that are refused on delivery, the refund will be processed only after the product is returned to our warehouse in original condition.
3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Frequent cancellations or refusal of COD orders without valid reason may lead to the suspension of COD facility on your account.
Please ensure genuine intent to receive COD orders.
4. Refund Timeline
For cancelled prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you’ve paid via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking, the amount will reflect as per your bank’s policies.
5. Cancellation by Seva Sanskar
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:
The product is out of stock or discontinued
Incorrect pricing or technical error on the website
Fraudulent transaction or high-risk flagged by our payment gateway
In such cases, a full refund will be processed, and you will be notified promptly.
